About Me
Hi, I’m Katie, the recruiter behind Rox.
For over almost a decade, I’ve helped hospitality groups and restaurants hire the right people — not just the right résumés. I’ve partnered with national restaurant groups, boutique hotels, and local brands to fill everything from Executive Chef to HR Director roles.
